Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Eazinex, our goal is simple: We want you to feel good and look good. If your new gear isn’t a perfect fit or doesn’t match your vibe, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange window from the date your package arrives.

Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

📦 The Feel-Good Check

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, please ensure your items meet the following requirements:

  • Fresh & Unworn: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition.
  • Tags Attached: All original Eazinex clothing tags must remain securely attached.
  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

⚡ How to Start Your Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Drop Us a Line: Email our support team at eazinexwears@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Pack It Up: Safely pack your items along with the original order slip.
  3. Ship It Back: Send the package to our designated return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

💰 Processing Your Refund

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 3 business days.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective:

  • Undergarments
  • Socks
  • Final clearance or clearance sale items

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items, as Eazinex cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost during transit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
